- Standard Lease agreement (EJARI) is for 12 months, and rent is paid in advance for a year in multiple payments agreed between landlord and tenant usually quarterly. Finding the right tenant in short period of time we offer following:

Once everything is shaped, we present the information of each tenant to landlord.
- Afterwards we head towards culmination by preparing Tenancy agreement (EJARI) rent payment is received in advance along with postdated cheques (if any). The tenant takes hold of the keys, we make sure all utilities are transferred to the tenants. Landlords are responsible then onwards.
